The Foundation

The research foundation ‘research design competitions’ has been established in 2007 in order to facilitate research in the field of design competitions and to secure the knowledge in the field. The foundation aims at producing an awareness of the un-built and at creating a network between institutions in both research and praxis.

The founding partners are:

• Verlags-AG der akademischen technischen Vereine
• City of Zürich
• Princedom of Lichtenstein
• Canton of Basel-Stadt
